2.1 General Conduct

• No spam, excessive caps, zalgo text, or chain messages.
• No controversial topics: politics, religion, real-world drama. Keep it clan-focused.
• Use threads for extended discussions. Keep channels readable.

2.2 Channel Usage

• #general: Clan chat, greetings, casual. No commands, no bot spam.
• #clan-announcements: Read-only. React to acknowledge. Ping @here only for critical.
• #war-room: Active wars only. Comms discipline. Officers+ speak; others listen.
• #training-grounds: Training coordination, replays, tips. Constructive only.
• #recruitment: Applications only. No discussion. Council reviews.
• #officer-chat: Officers+ only. Leaks = immediate demotion.
• #media: Clips, screenshots, art. Credit creators. No NSFW.
• #bot-commands: Bot commands ONLY. Delete mistakes quickly.

2.3 Voice Chat

• Push-to-talk mandatory unless alone in channel.
• No background noise, music, soundboards without permission.
• War channels: Comms discipline. Callouts only. Chatter in social VC.
• No recording without all participants' consent (Discord TOS + clan rule).
• AFK > 15 min = auto-move. Don't occupy slots.

2.4 Nicknames & Roles

• Format: [Rank] Username (e.g., [Jōnin] Takeshi). Set by bot on rank change.
• No offensive, impersonation, or misleading nicknames.
• Pronoun roles available via reaction roles. Respect them.
• Ping roles only when necessary. Abuse = role removal.

3.1 General Gameplay

• Follow Roblox Terms of Service always. No exploiting, injecting, auto-clickers, macros.
• No glitch abuse (wall-bangs, map exploits, animation cancels). Report glitches to officers.
• Represent Yamazaki with honor. Toxic chat, tea-bagging, trash talk = disciplinary action.
• Group uniform must be worn at all clan events, wars, and official gatherings.
• No teaming with enemies during clan wars. No feeding, no throwing.

3.2 Clan Wars

• Mandatory attendance for your division unless excused by officer 24h prior.
• Follow shot-caller. Disobeying orders = HP penalty + possible demotion.
• No comms in enemy VC. No stream sniping. No ghosting.
• Post-war: GG in chat. No salt. Save complaints for debrief.
• War logs reviewed. False reports = penalty.

3.3 Training Sessions

• Arrive 5 min early. Late = no HP credit.
• Listen to trainer. Questions at end or designated times.
• No friendly fire unless drill requires. No trolling.
• Complete full session for HP. Partial = partial credit.

4.1 Clan Tags & Branding

• Clan tag [YZK] reserved for Jōnin+ in supported games. Ask before using.
• Uniform/avatar/emblems: Do not modify. Use official assets only.
• No creating "sub-clans", "branches", or "squads" without Council approval.

4.2 Content Creation

• Streaming/recording clan wars: Officer permission required. Delay 5 min minimum.
• YouTube/TikTok: Tag @YamazakiClan. No sensitive info (strats, rosters, comms).
• Monetized clan content: 10% revenue to clan treasury (voluntary but expected).
• No clickbait titles using clan name. No drama content.

4.3 External Interactions

• Diplomacy: Officers+ only. No freelance negotiations.
• Allied clans: Respect their rules on their turf. We are guests.
• Rival clans: No trash talk in their servers. No poaching. No doxxing.
• Public disputes: Screenshot, report to Council. Do not engage publicly.

6.1 Infraction Tiers

6.2 Warning Expiry

Warnings expire after 90 days of clean record. Expired warnings not counted for escalation but remain in record.

6.3 HP Fines

Fines deducted from current HP. Cannot go below 0. Unpaid fines = HP gain paused until cleared.

6.4 Suspension Details

Suspended members: Cannot attend wars/events, no HP gain, nickname stripped, roles removed, VC muted. Read-only access to announcements.

7.1 Eligibility

Only permanent expulsions appealable. Tier 1-3 penalties are final. Must wait 30 days post-expulsion.

7.2 Requirements

Written appeal to Clan Master via DM. Must include: what happened, why it was wrong, what changed, two Jōnin+ character references.

7.3 Review

Council reviews within 14 days. May request interview. Decision: Denied / Probationary Return (Ronin trial) / Full Reinstatement (rare). Decision final.

7.4 Second Expulsion

No second appeals. Permanent blacklist across all Yamazaki platforms.

8.1 How to Report

DM any Officer or Council member. Use #support-ticket for non-urgent. Include: accused username, date/time, channel/location, evidence (screenshots, logs, clips), witnesses.

8.2 Anonymous Reports

Accepted via Google Form (pinned in #announcements). Treated seriously but harder to verify. False anonymous reports = Tier 2 if identified.

8.3 Retaliation

Retaliation against reporters = Tier 3 minimum. Whistleblower protection applies.

8.4 False Reports

Knowingly false reports = same tier as reported offense. Evidence required for all reports.

9.1 Higher Standard

Officers held to stricter standard. Tier 1 for member = Tier 2 for Officer. Council = Tier 3.

9.2 Abuse of Power

Kicking/muting without cause, biased enforcement, personal vendettas, leaking officer chat = immediate Council review. Penalty: demotion to member + Tier 3.

9.3 Recusal

Officers must recuse from cases involving: close friends, partners, family, personal disputes. Failure = automatic Tier 2.

9.4 Council Immunity

None. Clan Master answerable to Council. Council answerable to Clan Master + member vote (quarterly confidence).

10.1 Living Document

Code of Conduct updated as clan evolves. Major changes: 7-day notice, Discord announcement, member feedback period. Minor clarifications: immediate.

10.2 Acknowledgment

All members must react �� to pinned #rules message on join and after each major update. Non-acknowledgment = no HP gain until done.

10.3 Ignorance Not an Excuse

Rules posted in #rules, pinned in key channels, linked in application. "I didn't know" = Tier 1 minimum.

10.4 Spirit Over Letter

Rules cover principles, not every edge case. Council interprets intent. Loophole exploitation = Tier 2.
